**Vendor applications open on February 1, 2025**
Vendor selection will be juried. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Upon approval, an email will be sent with a link to make your payment online.
Accepted and waitlisted vendors will be notified of selection no later than July 1, 2025.
$150 fee for a 10'x20' booth space
$100 fee for a 10'x10' booth space
Vendors MUST be open Friday, 8/15, from 5-8pm; Saturday, 8/16, from 9am-8pm; and Sunday, 8/17, from 9am-3pm.
Vendor is responsible for registering with the State of Idaho for tax purposes. All food vendors must be cleared for food service through Panhandle Health.
Vendor keeps all event proceeds.
There will be overnight security Friday and Saturday.
